Key Responsibilities: Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize organic manure formulations derived from bio-waste and digestate to enhance nutrient content and soil health. Support on Research & Innovation: Support the centralized research team on composting, bio-digestion, and manure processing techniques to improve fertilizer quality and environmental sustainability. Quality Assurance: Ensure standards for organic manure quality, ensuring compliance of final product with regulatory standards and best practices. Process Management: Oversee, set and ensure processes for FOM, PROM production and processing of organic manure, ensuring efficient utilization of digestate generating from solid liquid separations systems. Technical Support & Training: Provide technical guidance to farm partners, field staff, customers, internal teams and all stake holders at large regarding organic manure application and benefits. Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to innovate and promote organic manure products. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of processes, quality checks, and research findings; prepare reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
