Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Hyderabad, overseeing the Telangana & Andhra Pradesh region. The Branch Manager will drive business operations in IT rentals and e-waste management. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, developing and implementing business strategies, overseeing customer service, supporting sales and marketing efforts, managing the team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role requires regular interaction with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects and operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in operations management, business strategy, and team management Knowledge of IT rentals and e-waste management Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field Experience in the recycling and sustainability industry is a plus Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards
