The role We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to lead our AWS team in a Senior Consultant capacity. This is a strategic leadership role where you will design, migrate, and optimize enterprise-scale AWS solutions for complex projects. You will provide technical vision, ensure alignment with business objectives, and leverage deep expertise in AWS technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end AWS solutions across compute, storage, networking, databases, and analytics following the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Lead large-scale AWS migrations using Terraform and AWS migration tools (Migration Hub, CloudEndure, DataSync). Design and integrate AWS Connect for omnichannel contact centers with AI/ML services (Lex, Comprehend). Manage multi-account setups, landing zones, and automation with AWS Control Tower. Oversee network architectures (VPCs, Transit Gateways) and database strategies (RDS, DynamoDB) for hybrid environments. Mentor ior team members, review Terraform modules, and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines. Conduct cost optimization, disaster recovery planning, and Well-Architected Framework Reviews. Stay ahead of AWS in ations and contribute to proposals involving AI, IoT, and edge computing. Ensure compliance with security standards, IAM policies, encryption, and governance frameworks. What we need to see from you Bachelors or Masters degree with experience in the relevant field 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 7 years specializing in AWS. Expert-level knowledge of AWS migrations, including lift-and-shift, refactor, and rearchitect approaches for mission-critical applications. Advanced proficiency in Terraform, including complex modules, providers, and integration with AWS services for automated deployments. Extensive experience with AWS Connect, from architecture design to integration with CRM systems and analytics tools.
