Software Tester Trainee

You will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to meet user requirements and business needs. - Assist in creating and executing manual test cases based on product requirements. - Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on web, mobile, or desktop applications. - Report defects and track them in a bug-tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). - Work closely with developers to understand software functionality and provide feedback on product quality. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review meetings. - Document test cases, test results, and any discovered issues. - Contribute to the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. - Actively learn and stay up-to-date on new testing methodologies and tools. - Suggest improvements to enhance the quality assurance process. **Qualifications Required:** - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred. - 0-1 year of experience in software testing (freshers are welcome to apply).
