Software Tester Freshers

As a Fresher Software Tester joining our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and validation. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing test cases, performing manual testing across various platforms, identifying and tracking bugs, conducting regression testing, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing test documentation, and optionally assisting in the development of automated test scripts. Additionally, you will evaluate the user experience to meet user expectations. You are expected to have a basic understanding of testing methodologies, software testing life cycle, and software development life cycle. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail are preferred. A willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes is essential, along with basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. This position is based in Indore, MP, and requires working on-site at various locations in India and globally, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
