Job Description

As a Senior QA Engineer with 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing QA activities across multiple projects. Your role will involve developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Python and Selenium, as well as performing manual testing for complex scenarios and edge cases. You will also be required to write, manage, and execute manual test cases, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior QA team members. In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure quality standards are met. You will contribute to setting up QA processes and best practices, work closely with international teams, and actively participate in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and release planning. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in automation testing with Python and Selenium. You should also possess strong manual testing expertise, a deep understanding of SDLC and STLC, and experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and TestRail. Proficiency in API testing, performance testing using tools like JMeter, and SQL is required. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential for this position. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru.
