Software Test Engineer

As an experienced Software Tester, you will be responsible for various key tasks and activities: - Experience in testing web-based applications, including Systems Integration Testing and System Testing. - Knowledge of SDLC models like Waterfall and Agile, along with a good understanding of testing processes and activities (STLC). - Automotive domain knowledge is considered a significant advantage. - Proficiency in using different testing tools and creating Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Reports, and Defect Reports for both Manual and Automated tests. - Proficient in Functional, System, Regression testing, and Sanity testing. - Familiarity with Defect Tracking tools like HP ALM Quality Center, Rational Clear Quest, JIRA & DevOps. - Strong skills in test planning, designing, execution, and analyzing user requirements, including writing Test scripts for usability, GUI testing, and functional testing. - 1-4 years of End to End application testing experience. - Experience or understanding of the Automotive industry and its processes. - Knowledge of Automation Testing tools like Selenium Web Driver, QTP, IDE, etc. - Proficiency in Performance Testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter. Additional Details: - 2-4 years of Functional Testing (Manual) experience. - 2-4 years of AGILE experience. - Hands-on experience in all types of Black Box testing (Smoke, Sanity, System, Integration, Regression, UAT). - Automotive domain knowledge is preferred and considered an added advantage. - Immediate joiners are preferred.
