As part of the team at Dexcom, your role will involve participating in software requirements and design reviews, creating software verification plans and test protocols, and conducting software risk analyses for commercial products. You will be responsible for validating the configuration, functionality, and user interface of software and tools, as well as designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for software testing. Collaborating with development teams, you will analyze failures and ensure thorough investigation of root causes, while following internal software development, cybersecurity, and validation procedures in compliance with medical and security regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have a working knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android applications, experience in developing automated test scripts using Java and Python, and familiarity with troubleshooting mobile applications using test tools. Additionally, experience with terminal commands for Linux/Mac and ADB, mobile automation testing tools, GIT, defect tracking tools, and manual testing methodologies will be beneficial.
