Software Solution Architects/PHP-MySQL & Android Programmers

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of software development experience in enterprise applications using PHP, MySQL, and Android. It is essential for the selected candidates to be capable of handling various offshore software projects independently. The primary responsibilities will include the rapid development of complex PHP and Android modules for our ERP solutions. The candidate should possess knowledge in RDBMS design, optimization, and development, along with expertise in PHP, MySQL, and XML interaction. Familiarity with Use Case Modeling (UML) and design procedures is also required. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the candidate should be able to effectively translate conversations, online change requests, and emails into ideas and tangible results. A keen focus on security and meticulous attention to detail, especially with regards to user interfaces, is crucial. The candidate should be comfortable working under strict time constraints and display a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to specification. Proficiency in flowcharting and documentation, as well as experience working in a Linux environment, is necessary for this role.
