Role Overview: Join the Serviceability and Control Path Engineering Team in Pune as a Software Senior Engineer at Dell Technologies. You will play a critical role in implementing modern Serviceability solutions for the PowerScale product, contributing to the company's modernization journey in the GenAI era. Your main focus will be on designing, developing, and delivering system software solutions to enhance the Serviceability of PowerScale. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver system software solutions - Contribute to company-wide initiatives for Serviceability problems in Enterprise Storage Software with Distributed Systems - Develop features for OneFS to improve the Serviceability of PowerScale, reducing the effort required to address customer reported issues - Collaborate within and outside your scrum team throughout the software development cycle to ensure optimized solutions with the highest quality Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in C, C++, Python design, coding, and debugging skills, including Rest APIs - Experience in developing production quality code for products or services - Strong software architecture, design, implementation, test, debugging, and problem-solving skills - Excellent understanding of Linux OS concepts and subsystems like processes/threads, memory, and contention - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum model Additional Company Details (if present): Dell Technologies is committed to providing equal employment opportunity for all employees and creating a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
