Role Overview: As a Software R&D Engineer at this company, your main focus will be on developing and enhancing Network Management applications for Optical Transport, SDH/SONET, and Photonic/WDM networks. You will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining scalable software for network configuration, fault supervision, and performance monitoring. Collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions that improve functionality and customer satisfaction. Experience with technologies like Core Java, Spring, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hibernate, React, RDBMS, PL-SQL, Linux, and Docker will be beneficial, and familiarity with OTN and Photonic network management is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, coding, and maintaining Network Management applications for Optical Transport, SDH/SONET, and Photonic/WDM networks - Developing software for network configuration, fault supervision, and performance monitoring - Utilizing technologies such as Core Java, Spring, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hibernate, React, RDBMS, PL-SQL, Linux, and Docker - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for enhanced functionality and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience - Working experience with Core Java, Spring, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hibernate, and RDBMS - Hands-on working experience with UI technologies like React - Working knowledge of PL-SQL, Linux, and Docker concepts - Domain knowledge in OTN and Photonic network management is a plus - Experience in development activities such as requirement analysis, design, coding, and unit testing Additional Details (If present): The company is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
