Software Product / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with government clients to gather and document requirements for specific software modules.
• Manage cross-functional software teams (developers, testers, UI/UX).
• Plan, track, and deliver project milestones using tools like

  JIRA

  .
• Oversee module implementation and coordinate with government departments for go-live and support.
• Ensure smooth communication between client and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in any domain (experience in IT / BA roles preferred).
• Prior experience as a

  Business Analyst

  or using

  JIRA

  tools is a plus.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  and basic

  SQL queries

  preferred.
• Excellent communication in

  Telugu

  (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of

  English

  and

  Hindi

  preferred.
