Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer - SQL

As a Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for working with the development team to develop, implement, and manage database models for core product development. Your key responsibilities will include: - Writing SQL database views, tables, and stored procedures to support engineering product development. - Designing and maintaining SSIS, T-SQL, and SQL jobs. - Developing and maintaining complex stored procedures for loading data into staging tables from OLTP and other intermediary systems. - Analyzing, designing specifications, developing, implementing, and maintaining the DB. - Designing partitioning of DB for Archive data. - Ensuring that best practices and standards established for tools like SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Excel Power Pivot/View/Map are incorporated in Data Analytics solutions design. - Documenting complex processes, business requirements, and specifications. Your qualifications should include: - Experience in database design, normalization, query design, and performance tuning. - Proficiency in writing complex Transact SQL code. - Proficiency in MS SQL Server query tuning. - Experience in writing stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. - Knowledge of Indexes, column store index, SQL server column storage, Query execution plan. - Providing authentication and authorizations for the Database. - Developing best practices for database design and development activities. - Experience in database migration activities. - Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2+ years of experience and a degree in Any Graduate. This is a Permanent position based in Chennai & Ahmedabad.,
