Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer- DataScience

You will join the Data Science team at BOLD, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to provide valuable insights to the Product and Management teams. Your primary responsibility will involve utilizing extensive user data sets to drive product development, enhance current products, and identify relationships within the data to develop new products. - Discover patterns and trends in datasets - Create predictive algorithms and data models - Improve product quality using machine learning techniques - Provide insights to other teams and top management - Utilize data tools like Python and SQL Your role will encompass working on data science projects involving predictive modeling, NLP, statistical analysis, machine learning, and more. You will conduct research, develop models, and collaborate with Development & Product teams to create data products. Additionally, you will focus on developing scalable data systems using machine learning techniques to enhance user experience, experiment with different Large Language models, and improve the job seeker experience through agentic workflows.
