Job Description

As a UI Tester specializing in React Frontend Testing, your primary role will involve verifying the functionality, usability, and visual aspects of user interfaces developed using the React JavaScript library. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases for React components and applications to ensure they align with specified requirements and user expectations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting UI/UX testing to validate the correct implementation of designs and ensure a smooth user experience across various browsers and devices. In addition, you will perform unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of React components utilizing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme, Cypress, or Playwright. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and maintaining automated tests for UI components and user workflows, monitoring frontend performance for optimal speed and responsiveness, and identifying defects through troubleshooting and debugging, collaborating closely with developers for issue resolution. Your role will also entail active collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to facilitate comprehensive testing and ensure high-quality feature delivery. Participation in code reviews, documentation contributions, and adherence to code quality and consistency will be essential aspects of your tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of React.js concepts, including components, state management (Redux, Context API), and JSX. Expertise in JavaScript (including ES6+), HTML, and CSS, familiarity with React testing tools, and proficiency in testing and debugging React applications are crucial skills required. Moreover, a good grasp of UI/UX design principles, API integration, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git will be beneficial. Desirable qualifications include the ability to transition to a developer role, experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, Angular), knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), familiarity with TDD and BDD practices, and understanding of accessibility and usability best practices. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically preferred for this role. Your expertise in React.js, Redux, Context API, JavaScript, UI/UX design, API integration, and React JS testing will be instrumental in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of a UI Tester specializing in React Frontend Testing.,
