Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of software development experience in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects. - 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership. - Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. - 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
