Software Engineer with Cloud

You will be responsible for designing and implementing secure full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot. Your role will involve building and maintaining REST APIs with a strong focus on performance and security. You will contribute to container-based deployments using Docker and Kubernetes and actively participate in CI/CD processes and Agile sprint ceremonies. Collaboration with teams to enhance system architecture and security posture will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve development, deployment, and runtime issues as they arise. The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 3-5 years of experience in Java development. You should have a strong background in Architecture & Design, including Object-Oriented Design and common design patterns. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, as well as containerization with Docker, will be beneficial. Proficiency with technologies like Maven, Git, and understanding of security concepts including secure coding practices, authentication, and authorization is required. In this role, you will work with a tech stack that includes Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure (VMs, Functions, AKS, RBAC), and AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, S3). A basic understanding of the fintech domain or secure systems is desirable. Awareness of Card Tokenization, EMV Specification, and APDU Format will also be beneficial.
