Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer- Data Science

You will join the Data Science team at BOLD, where you will utilize your analytical skills and business acumen to provide valuable insights to the Product and Management teams. Your primary responsibility will involve leveraging extensive user data sets to drive product development, enhance current products, and identify relationships within the data to develop new products. - Discover patterns and trends in datasets - Create predictive algorithms and data models - Improve product quality using machine learning techniques - Provide insights to other teams and top management - Collaborate with various vertical teams on projects involving natural language processing and machine learning Your role will involve working on data science projects encompassing predictive modeling, NLP, statistical analysis, machine learning, and more. You will use the rich user data sets to conduct research, develop models, and collaborate with Development & Product teams to create data products. Additionally, you will work on developing scalable data systems using machine learning techniques to enhance user experience, experiment with different Large Language models, and improve the job seeker experience through agentic workflows.
