Software Engineer

You will be joining a highly skilled and self-driven team at Motorola Solutions as a Java Developer in the Provisioning and Config Product Area - XDM. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement complex software solutions using your expertise in core Java and Spring Boot. With at least 4 years of experience in Java development, you will contribute to building high-performance and scalable applications. As a Java Developer, you will need hands-on expertise in Core Java, Web Technologies, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and REST Web services. Your knowledge of multithreading and concurrency in Java will be essential for developing applications on Java EE platforms. Strong analysis and debugging skills will also be required to ensure the quality of the software solutions you deliver. In addition to your technical skills, your soft skills will play a vital role in your success in this role. Effective communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and take initiative are key attributes we are looking for.
