As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team, you will be part of an agile team dedicated to designing and delivering market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable manner. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to innovate beyond conventional approaches. - Create secure and high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms within systems. - Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring design constraints are met by software code development. - Analyze and synthesize data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of software applications. - Proactively identify hidden problems and patterns in data to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture. - Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience. - Hands-on practical experience coding applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, Django, or Databases. - Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. - Proficiency in coding in one or more languages. - Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. - Understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. - Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes in areas such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
