Software Engineer III

As a Software Engineer III specializing in Java and AWS, your role involves analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software projects and tasks. You will directly interface with user clients to ensure system functionality and address any inquiries they may have. Additionally, you will assess user requests for system changes and collaborate with users regularly. Your Key Responsibilities include: - Analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing projects/program changes within the system - Coordinating with other HAEA groups for integration projects or issues - Collaborating with external vendors when necessary In this position, you will tackle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation and exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques to achieve desired results. Networking with key contacts outside your expertise, escalating issues as needed, and determining methods for new assignments are essential aspects. You may also coordinate activities of other personnel. To excel in this role, the Qualifications Required are: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 6 years of consulting experience in AWS application setup, monitoring, alerts, logging, tuning, etc. - Proficiency in RESTful Web Services, Microservices, Java Spring boot, and ReactJS - Experience in building Web/Mobile applications as a Fullstack developer - Familiarity with Agile (SCRUM) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies - Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab - Good communication skills, both oral and written - At least one AWS certification is advantageous - Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure and SAP BTP would be beneficial This role demands a proactive individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.,
