Software Engineer-Flutter Developer -Paytm Money

As a skilled Flutter Developer joining our mobile development team, you will leverage your strong experience in Flutter development alongside expertise in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms to build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications. Your role will involve designing and developing robust, scalable Flutter applications for both Android and iOS platforms while ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. You will be responsible for implementing responsive UI/UX designs that seamlessly work across various screen sizes and orientations, integrating RESTful APIs, and handling data persistence using local databases and cloud services. Additionally, you will develop and maintain platform channels for native functionality integration, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers on Flutter best practices. Utilizing your knowledge of native Android and iOS, you will create custom platform-specific implementations, build and maintain platform channels for accessing native device features, and optimize app performance across both platforms. Troubleshooting cross-platform compatibility issues and implementing native modules when Flutter plugins are insufficient will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will closely work with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features on time. Your participation in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, will contribute to the success of the projects. Furthermore, you will provide input on architectural decisions, contribute to technical documentation, and stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, native platform updates, and industry best practices. To excel in this position, you should possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework and Dart programming language, strong expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, and Android Studio, as well as proficiency in Swift, iOS SDK, and Xcode. Experience with Flutter state management solutions, RESTful APIs, local and cloud databases, version control with Git, and mobile app architecture patterns is required. Your knowledge of platform-specific UI guidelines, mobile app deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, mobile app security best practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, Firebase services, push notifications, and app performance optimization will be valuable assets in this role.
