Software Engineer - Firmware

As a Firmware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firmware development team to design, develop, and produce firmware-supported products. Your responsibilities will include testing, documentation, and establishing firmware standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Embedded Firmware in C, C++ for 32/16/8-bit microcontrollers. - Previous experience with STM32, MSP430, IMX, PIC32 Microcontroller is required. - Proficiency in at least one Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) is mandatory. - Hands-on experience with peripherals such as SPI, UART, I2C, etc. - Familiarity with tools like IAR or Keil, debuggers, MPLAB, and code composer. - Knowledge of Zigbee, LoRa, Sigfox, Modbus, Profibus, or foundation field bus protocols. - Experience in processor-based development (Jetson Nano/Xavier, TI Sitara series, IMX) is preferred. - Essential skills in Linux driver, kernel, and bootloader development. - Proficiency with Version Control Systems (SVN, GitHub). - Basic hardware debugging capabilities are required. - Familiarity with tools such as CRO, Logic Analyzers, etc. - Experience in Bootloader development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in B. Tech. - 4 to 6 years of experience in firmware development. - Strong knowledge of embedded systems and microcontrollers. - Familiarity with firmware testing and documentation processes.
