Software Engineer - Data and Analytics

Role Overview: You will be joining Rapyuta Robotics as a Software Engineer focusing on Customer Acquisition Data and related Analytics. In this role, you will work within the marketing squad, collaborating closely with Marketing Leadership, Product Marketing Manager, and Business Analysts. Your main responsibility will be to design robust data systems that provide deeper insights into the customer journey, enabling the team to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and identify new growth opportunities through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, D365), marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and BI tools to ensure clean, unified, and timely access to customer acquisition data. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across all systems. - Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to assess MarTech tools, assist in onboarding processes, and develop scalable, automated solutions using Python and Microsoft Power BI/Fabric to meet data needs effectively. - Design data models and create dashboards that reveal funnel performance, campaign ROI, and actionable growth insights to enable analytics and measurement. - Provide support for platform adoption and advanced usage by offering onboarding assistance, documentation, and occasional training to help marketing teams utilize analytics tools efficiently. Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field. - Proficiency in Python with familiarity in ETL workflows, REST APIs, and system integration principles. - Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence and data platforms like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and governance within a business context. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
