Role Responsibilities

• Refine and scale Mercors AI-powered hiring platform to support global job creation at scale.
• Improve the AI interview experience to enhance candidate evaluation and user satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain systems for processing millions in weekly payouts securely and efficiently.
• Design and implement schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases to support scalable, reliable data management.
• Build and optimize web applications using React and Next.js frameworks.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python or Go.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain infrastructure on cloud platforms, including GCP and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and timely feature delivery.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all coding, testing, and deployment practices.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours to align with Pacific Time Zone requirements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Fluency in React, Next.js, Python, or Go.
• Proven experience designing schemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to adapt working hours to match PT timezone (through at least 11:00 AM PT).
