Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of data analytics solutions. Your responsibilities will include data collection and integration, interpreting business requirements, designing and implementing data integration processes, as well as ensuring data consistency and reliability. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement data analytics solutions, including ETL and visualizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of data analytics solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in data analytics solution development. You should be proficient in developing end-to-end software solutions using Python and have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. A profound knowledge of US healthcare systems and experience with data visualization tools will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this position.
