Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, Mobile Frontend at Bose Professional, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining desktop and mobile applications using Flutter. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to create seamless, user-friendly applications. You will lead by example, guiding best practices, mentoring junior developers, and driving the technical vision of our projects. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. You will lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of software development experience focusing on front-end development. Expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with a solid portfolio of mobile and web applications, is essential. You should also have experience with state management solutions, integrating RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries. A strong understanding of mobile design principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices is required.
