Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop robust and scalable backend applications using clean, maintainable code.
Design and implement reusable services and frameworks for high extensibility.
Solve complex technical and business problems through backend logic and architecture.
Conduct impact analysis and drive incremental architectural enhancements.
Optimize performance and reliability in large-scale distributed backend systems.

Requirements

Strong coding fundamentals with the ability to turn designs into clean, efficient code.
Proficient in at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, C, C++).
Strong database knowledge: MySQL, plus NoSQL systems like Elasticsearch, HBase, or Aerospike.
Passionate problem-solver with a bias toward action and learning.
Understands industry best practices and writes maintainable, well-documented code.
