Software Engineer- AI/ML Ops Engineer

As a Software Engineer II - AI/ML Engineer at Electronic Arts, you will be part of the EA Digital Platform (EADP) group, the core that powers the global EA ecosystem. You will contribute to creating next-level entertainment experiences by working on a large-scale distributed data system that enables EA Games to personalize player experience and engagement. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing the infrastructure for the AI model training and deployment platform, integrating AI capabilities into existing software systems, and developing tools to monitor the platform's performance in real-time. You will collaborate with a team of developers to ensure code quality through code reviews, maintain best practices, and enhance platform features under senior guidance. Additionally, you will work on improving the stability and observability of the platform to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise in software development, model development, and experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, or Scala, along with scripting languages like bash, awk, and python, will be crucial in this role. You should also have hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, and ML Platforms such as Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Your experience with cloud services, modern data technologies, data streaming, and processing systems will be beneficial for this role.
