Job Description

As a Software Engineer - 3 (PHP) on a contract role in Bangalore, your primary role will involve migrating legacy systems (PHP 5.3, CodeIgniter 1.7.2) to modern frameworks. You will also be responsible for building scalable APIs and middleware with Laravel 12 (BFF pattern), transforming old jQuery SSR apps into React 19 + TypeScript + Ant Design SPAs with Vite, designing and integrating CI/CD pipelines using Git (Bitbucket + Jenkins), writing clean, tested code with PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, and Cypress, ensuring code quality with linting, coverage, and static analysis, and containerized development and deployment using Docker. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in PHP development (57 years) - Proficiency in modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel - Strong knowledge of frontend technologies like React, TypeScript, and Ant Design - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git - Familiarity with testing tools like PHPUnit, Pest, Jest, and Cypress - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment If you are passionate about modernizing systems, enjoy working with a diverse tech stack, and are based in Bangalore, we would love to connect.,
