We are looking for a talented Software Engineer II to join our Product Engineering team and support the development of our custom real-time rules evaluation system. Responsibilities: Support the event engine team in backend development associated with the Rules Engine. Develop and maintain a custom real-time rules evaluation system using C# microservices and T-SQL in an Agile/DevOps environment. Collaborate with a senior software engineer on scalable, high transaction, event-driven data processing systems. Work with direction and oversight to achieve sprint commitments and help the team meet objectives. Required Skills: 4-6 years of experience in software engineering. Proficiency in Azure/MS-SQL and Azure DevOps. Strong English language skills to understand U.S. medical billing terminology and apply it to development. Nice to Have: Experience with medical billing (HL7 or X12). Knowledge of C# / .NET. Familiarity with event-driven architecture. Experience with Agentic AI (Azure AI Foundry). Core Competencies: Database engineering and relational database design skills. Test-driven development. Why Join US?
