Key Responsibilities:

Build, lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of network development engineers.
Set technical direction and establish best practices for network development and operations.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Network Automation, Network Monitoring, and Operations teams.
Champion operational excellence: change management, documentation/run-books, readiness reviews, and network operations.
Represent FastConnect with customers and partners, translating requirements into deliverable roadmaps.
Ensure reliability and performance of network services through change, incident, and capacity management.
