About The Role
Project Role :Software Development Lead
Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.
Must have skills :SAP BTP Integration Suite

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to support project objectives and client needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, guiding your team through challenges while ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.

Mentor junior professionals, providing guidance and support in their development and project contributions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.

Familiarity with API management and microservices architecture.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
