SummaryAs a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design and implement software solutions, ensuring that they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. You will apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies to support projects effectively, while also engaging in problem-solving discussions to enhance the overall project outcomes.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve development processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Skills:

Proficiency in React.js.

Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.

Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for React applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
