Project Role :Software Development Lead

Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

SummaryAs a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating complex systems that leverage automotive technologies, cloud platforms (AWS), model-based development (MATLAB), and hardware components (tire-mounted sensors). We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative fleet solutions such as TAAS.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain system architectures for fleet solutions, considering factors such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Utilize MATLAB to create and simulate system models, including vehicle dynamics, sensor data processing, and communication protocols.- Validate system behavior and performance through simulations.- Design and integrate hardware components, such as tire-mounted sensors, into the overall system architecture.- Ensure compatibility and interoperability between hardware and software components.- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, design specifications, and user manuals.Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of automotive systems and components.- Experience with model-based development tools, particularly MATLAB.- Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially AWS.- Knowledge of hardware integration and testing.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment- Experience with fleet management systems and telematics.- Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning.- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, SAE J1939)
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive ECU Software.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
