Project Role Description :Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading software development projects and ensuring their successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Provide solutions to business area problems.- Lead and manage software development projects effectively.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional growth. Proficiency in Software Product Management.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.- Experience in configuring software systems for different stages of the product lifecycle.- Knowledge of technologies and tools used in software development.- Hands-on experience in applying methodologies for successful project delivery.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Software Product Management.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
