Must have skills : Python (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead and mentor a team of software developers- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope- Design and develop software systems based on client needs- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of software solutions- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies- Provide technical guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language)- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies- Experience in developing and configuring software systems- Knowledge of technologies, applications, and tools relevant to software development- Hands-on experience with coding, debugging, and testing software applications- Familiarity with version control systems and software deployment processes- Good To Have Skills: Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Python (Programming Language)- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
