Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Networking lead to architect and lead the design and integration of high-performance networking solutions for automotive domain controllers and zonal architectures. The ideal candidate will drive the development of scalable, secure, and real-time communication frameworks across vehicle ECUs, sensors, and cloud interfaces. Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of networking architecture for automotive HPC platforms.Define and optimize in-vehicle communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet TSN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay).Collaborate with hardware, OS, middleware, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless integration.Drive compliance with automotive standards including ISO 26262, ASPICE, and ISO 21434.Manage network stack performance, QoS, latency, and bandwidth allocation across domains (ADAS, infotainment, powertrain).Interface with Tier-1 suppliers, silicon vendors, and OEMs to align networking requirements.Oversee diagnostics, logging, and network security mechanisms.Mentor and guide engineers across networking, embedded software, and system integration teams.Own the HPC networking roadmap and contribute to vehicle E-E architecture strategy.Debug and optimize system performance, latency, and throughput.Contribute to safety and security concepts (ASIL requirements, secure boot, secure partitioning). Skills:
Strong experience in automotive networking protocols and high-performance embedded systems.Proficiency in Ethernet (TSN), IP stack, CAN/CAN FD, and real-time communication frameworks.Familiarity with zonal architectures, domain controllers, and service-oriented communication (SOME/IP).Experience with network simulation, validation, and performance profiling tools.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
