Role Overview Description

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Java and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Implement real-time data streaming and processing using Kafka.
• Design and integrate search and analytics capabilities using Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and security issues.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
