Software Development Engineer - Test II - Automation Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET II) to join our dynamic and innovative team at Nykaa. This position is based in Gurgaon and follows a 5-day working model from the office. We are looking for individuals who can join us at the earliest. As an SDET, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your key responsibilities will include performing end-to-end testing of software applications, contributing to the development of core testing frameworks, developing and maintaining automation frameworks and test scripts, conducting load testing using JMeter, collaborating with cross-functional teams, possessing knowledge of SQL, demonstrating domain knowledge in both B2B and B2C e-commerce, conducting API and microservices testing, utilizing log monitoring tools like Kibana and New Relic, and contributing to organizational growth by ensuring software excellence and reliability. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, 4-6 years of proven experience, strong proficiency in programming languages (preferably Python), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm for front-end and back-end automation, familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools, and experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms.
