You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, learn best practices in software development, and enhance your problem-solving and technical skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-reported bugs and production issues under mentorship. - Write clean and efficient code for minor enhancements, internal tools, and support utilities. - Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution. - Document solutions, support guides, and FAQs for common issues. - Perform data validations, write SQL queries, and automate recurring support tasks. - Assist in maintaining internal dashboards, monitoring alerts, and performing routine checks. - Participate in stand-ups, sprint meetings, and code reviews to learn agile workflows. **Qualification Required:** - Pursuing BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications), graduating in 2025 or 2026. - Enthusiastic about learning technologies related to AI, Big Data, Event-driven systems, etc. **Good to have:** - Good understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). - Familiarity with databases and writing simple SQL queries. - Exposure to any web development or backend frameworks is a plus. - Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail.
