As an experienced backend developer with expertise in Java and Python, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems. You will lead the technical direction and ensure successful project deliveries. Your proficiency in Java and backend technologies will drive our vision. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test software applications in Java and Python while maintaining high-quality code and following best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient backend systems using Java and associated technologies. - Conduct hands-on coding and code reviews to uphold top-notch code quality and performance standards. - Identify bottlenecks and performance issues, implementing solutions to enhance system performance. - Contribute to technical strategies and roadmaps for the backend development team. - Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive solutions. Requirements: - BE/BTech/MTech/MCA degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java or Python backend development. - Proficiency in database design and optimization, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases. - Strong knowledge of Java, the Spring framework, and associated technologies. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.,
