Software Development Engineer - React.JS

Build and maintain scalable and performant web applications usingReact.jsand modern front-end tools. Have strong knowledge ofReact.js, its core principles, lifecycle methods, andReact hooks. Work extensively with modern front-end libraries and tools likeReact Router, Redux (orsimilar state management), Axios/Fetchfor API integration. Writemodular, reusable, and maintainable codewith appropriate documentation toenable collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Participate actively inSprint Planning, Demos, Estimations, Retrospectives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers. Contribute tocode reviews, writeunit test cases(using Jest, React Testing Library, etc.), and champion best practices across the team. Stay updated with the latest developments in React.js and JavaScript ecosystem to propose new ideas and tools for improving development efficiency. Gain exposure tomicro-frontends,performance optimizations,accessibility standards, andresponsive designacross devices and platforms. Requirements B.E/MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with1-3 years of experiencein front-end development using React.js. Proficient inJavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and working withJSON/XMLdata formats. Solid grasp of front-end development tools and practices includingWebpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc. Understanding ofsoftware engineering best practices, version control (Git), and agile methodologies. Ability to buildintuitive and performant UI/UXcomponents with a strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and debugging skills with a knack for solving complex problems. Passionate about clean code, performance, user experience, and continuous learning. Nice to Have Experience withTypeScript,Next.js, orServer-Side Rendering (SSR). Familiarity withtesting frameworksand writing automated tests. Exposure toCI/CD pipelines,Docker, or other DevOps practices. Understanding of backend technologies or RESTful APIs.
