About The Role
Project Role :Software Development Engineer
Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.
Must have skills :Talend ETL

Roles & Responsibilities:Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with dealers and integrators to analyze, verify, and refine existing and new business logic, data mappings, raw data, and database structures based on mapping document requirements.ETL Development & Optimization:Design, develop, deploy, and optimize SQL scripts and Talend ETL jobs.Data Load Strategy:Execute both full and CDC (Change Data Capture) data loads.Data Validation:Conduct thorough data validation for each use case, including attribute-level, count-level, and CDC-specific checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.Detailed Analysis & Reporting:Deliver comprehensive validation reports and root cause analyses to validators and integrators, ensuring transparency and traceability of data quality.Hypercare Support:Contribute to Hypercare phase activities by implementing last-minute changes, resolving critical issues, and ensuring solution stability post go-live.Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with the client team to perform SQL code reviews, parity and performance checks, CDC validations, and prepare support documentation.Issue Escalation:Identify and communicate issues related to CDC, data integrity, or attribute mismatches to relevant integrators and dealers for timely resolution.DevOps Integration:Use Azure DevOps for efficient task tracking, issue management, and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery.Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in SQL development and SQL-based data validation, including work with Snowflake, SQL Server, complex queries, profiling, and quality checks.Proficiency in Talend ETL development, including TAC (Talend Administration Center), job orchestration, monitoring, and deployment across environments.Solid understanding of cloud technologies, particularly AWS services such as EC2 (compute provisioning) and S3 (storage staging).Deep expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies, with strong emphasis on quality assurance, regression testing, and CDC validation.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex integration and pipeline issues.Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, complemented by clear and effective communication skills for seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Good to have
