Job Description

As a Software Development Engineer 5.5 at Adobe, you will have the opportunity to join a world-class engineering team based in Bangalore. You will play a crucial role in contributing to the analysis, design, and programming for major software releases. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with internal teams to evaluate and resolve new features, specializing in one or more platforms, and applying sophisticated concepts to drive innovation within the team. Your role will involve reviewing and providing feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs, and problem-solving creatively. To excel in this position, you will need a B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputable institute, along with at least 10 years of work experience. Strong coding and debugging skills in C/C++, proficiency in data structures and algorithms, and a good understanding of object-oriented design are essential. You should also be well-versed in platforms such as Windows, Macintosh, iOS, Android, and Linux, as well as tools like Visual Studio, XCode, GCC, CMake, and git.
