Key responsibilities include:

• Building Delivery Plans

  : Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to develop comprehensive roadmaps for security enhancements, integrating agile methodologies to align with business priorities and customer needs.

• Leading Execution

  : Oversee the end-to-end implementation of security projects, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

• Training and Mentoring Engineers

  : Design and deliver training programs on secure service delivery and operations, including hands-on guidance on tools like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security features, DevSecOps practices, and incident management. This will upskill junior and mid-level engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
