Role Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying robust analytics solutions to drive business decisions. Your expertise in the Salesforce platform and experience in creating impactful dashboards, datasets, and applications within the CRMA environment will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable Salesforce CRMA dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, and dataflows. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and developers to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications. - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into CRMA datasets using dataflows, recipes, and connectors. - Develop and optimize SAQL queries for efficient data retrieval and scalability. - Integrate CRMA with other Salesforce clouds and external data sources. - Implement best practices for data modeling, governance, and security within the CRMA platform. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and accuracy of CRMA solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRMA dataflows, dashboards, and performance. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce CRMA features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on CRMA or other Business Intelligence Tools. - Proficiency in CRMA dataflows, recipes, SAQL, and XMD. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform administration and data warehousing concepts. - Salesforce CRMA & Discovery Consultant certification is a plus. - Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is beneficial.
