Software developer - Power BI

You will be joining Hitachi Energy Technology Services Private Limited in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, as a Software Developer focusing on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC) is a hub for over 3,000 energy transition technologists, working on grid automation, transformers, high voltage products, grid integration, and service businesses. As a Software Developer, your main responsibilities will include developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint/Dataverse as the backend. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize development tasks, and understand business processes. Additionally, you will organize change requests, convert business requirements into process flow charts, and work independently to develop Power App Applications. It is crucial to conduct design review meetings periodically, follow up with business users to ensure timely inputs, and support during user acceptance testing. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a strong background in SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence in data processing would be an added advantage. You must have led at least 5 projects using Power Apps and Power Automate platforms, with expertise in Canvas apps, model-driven apps, and creating complex Power Automate flows.
