Role & responsibilities The .NET Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance software applications by collaborating with our clients development team. This role involves building and maintaining robust .NET solutions, integrating various systems, and ensuring seamless communication between applications using RESTful APIs and web services. Additionally, the developer will work in a self-managed Scrum team, where effective communication is key to success. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation). A key responsibility is to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions while leveraging MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), Dependency Injection, and other design patterns. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, improve data flow efficiencies, and troubleshoot complex software issues. Success in this position requires a strong technical foundation, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to software development and system integration, along with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and communicative Scrum environment. Role Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and WPF. Design and implement RESTful APIs, Web Services, and SignalR for real-time applications. Work with ASP.NET Core, PL/SQL, and Oracle/SQL Server to develop robust and scalable solutions. Utilize LINQ and Entity Framework for efficient data access and management. Implement MVVM (Model-View-View Model) architecture and design patterns for maintainable and scalable applications. Conduct unit testing using NUnit, mocking frameworks, and integration testing. Apply Dependency Injection (DI) and Inversion of Control (IoC) principles. Collaborate in a self-managed Scrum team, ensuring clear and effective communication. Leverage ESRI expertise and/or domain knowledge in fiber, coaxial, and copper networks where applicable. Participate in code reviews, requirement discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Essentials Proven experience (5-8 years) in product development with the ability to handle complex tasks independently and within a team. Expertise in .NET technologies, C#, WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), and RESTful API development. Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with ESRI GIS solutions or domain expertise in fiber, coaxial, or copper networks is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong communication skills (English proficiency required) Experience in geospatial development using ESRI tools. Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure development
