Role Overview: You will be a part of the Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC), working with a team of over 3,000 energy transition technologists. Your main responsibility will be to develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with a focus on SharePoint / Dataverse as the backend. Your role will involve connecting with the business to gather requirements, collaborating with subject matter experts to understand business processes, and organizing change requests efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate using SharePoint / Dataverse as backend - Connect with the business to gather requirements and prioritize development tasks - Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business processes - Organize change requests with excellent traceability - Convert business requirements into process flow charts - Work independently on developing Power App Applications - Conduct periodic design review meetings to track development progress - Follow up with the business to ensure timely input delivery - Support business users during user acceptance tests and manage change requests - Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience - Proficiency in SQL, Power Bi, Power Apps, and Power Automate - Added advantage: Exposure to using Artificial intelligence in data processing - Experience leading at least 5 projects using Power Apps and Power Automate platform - Expertise in Canvas apps and model-driven apps - Ability to create complex Power Automate flows - Experience in direct interaction with business to gather inputs and convert requirements into user stories - Proficiency in spoken and written English language (Note: The additional details about Hitachi Energy being a global technology leader in electrification and powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies have been omitted as per the instructions) Role Overview: You will be a part of the Hitachi Energy India Operations Center (INOPC), working with a team of over 3,000 energy transition technologists.
